Biography
Rachel Leung works with Chang Liu and the ACCESS Health Hong Kong office. She facilitates our joint programs with the Chinese University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Ageing. She is currently completing her undergraduate studies in public health at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Previously, Rachel worked as a course developer for the Master’s in Executive Healthcare Leadership program at the Brown University School of Public Health. She has also worked on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects in Cambodia.
