Biography
Mr. Mascariñas is the President and General Manager of Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. since 2002.He earned his Bachelors degree in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños as a Cocofed scholar and Master in Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management as a full-time scholar of Pure Foods Corporation. Also, he completed a course from the International Law Institute, Washington D.C. in the United States on the Rights & Obligations of Developing Countries under the World Trade Organization.
