Biography
Aristides S. Armas serves as an Independent Director of Coal Asia Holdings Incorporated. He is the President of UCPB Leasing and Finance Corporation from November 2003 to present. He has 40 years of experience in banking and finance. He previously held executive positions in BA Finance Corporation and UCPB Savings Bank. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the De La Salle University.
