Biography
Estefanie U. Bertumen is a graduate of De La Salle University in the programs Bachelor Science in Computer Science with specialization in Instructional Systems Technology (2006) and Master of Science in Information Technology (2012). She is currently the head of the Center for ICT for Development research center of the College of Computer Studies. She has published various scholarly outputs in the field of e-governance/e-government, e-learning, instructional design, and multimedia development. She also has a TOGAF 9.1 Certification for Enterprise Architecture (2016).
