Biography
Michelle Renee D. Ching is currently taking her doctoral degree in Information Technology at De La Salle University. She received her master's degree of Information Technology (2015) in the same university. She took her bachelor's degree of Infromation Management (2009) in De La Salle University - Science and Technology Compex. She had consultancy work under the Development Academy of the Philippines and had worked with the Department of Budget and Management on Open Data. She was part of international research projects under the Open Data in Developing Countries and World Wide Web Foundation. Because of this, she has published a number of scholarly outputs on Open Data and became part of the Open Data Philippines and Open Data Labs Jakarta. Currently, her research interests are on Governance, Risk, and Compliace and e-Governanc
