Chua, James Christoper C.

Biography

James is a medical technologist by profession but his specialization is in microbiology and parasitology. His past researches have been about host-parasite relationships and optimizing diagnostic tests for infectious diseases. He has been an academician for almost a decade but continuously seeks to improve his teaching methods. He has taught various biology and chemistry subjects as well as professional medical technology and basic dental medicine subjects. He was 10th place in the September 2006 Philippine Medical Technologist Licensure Examination and is one of first the American Society for Clinical Pathology-certified international technologists in molecular biology in the Philippines.
