Biography
Engr. Ann E. Dulay is a PhD candidate at De La Salle University where she also teaches and holds the rank of Assistant Professor. She finished her BSECE degree from the University of the East in 1989 and pursued and completed her MSECE degree at De La Salle University in 2000. She started teaching in 1991 and taught various courses to include analog and digital electronics, IC design, computer aided design, methods of research, safety engineering, and laws and ethics. Her research interests include power line communications, FPGA and microcontroller-based systems and microelectronics.
