Biography
Carmen has extensive finance experience, spanning Financial and Business Planning and Operations, Business Process Improvements, Shared Services, Controllership, Treasury, Trade and Banking Relations. Before joining the company in October 2005, she was previously the Director for Accounting & Controllership of ASTEC International, Ltd. handling the Finance operations of the Research and Development (Engineering) activities in the Philippines, Hong Kong and China and the Philippine Regional Operating Headquarters and other Emerson Divisions in the Philippines. She was also previously employed with Siemens, Inc. Electronic Telephone Systems Industries, Inc., Philippine Polyamide Industrial Corporation, General Motors Corporation and Weyerhauser Philippines, Inc. Carmen is a Certified Public Accountant. Carmen completed her Bachelor in Business Administration, Major in Accounting at the University of the East where she was a consistent honor student and a member of the Accounting Honor’s Society.
