Biography

Dante has almost 30 years of combined experience in Operations particularly Manufacturing and Supply Chain, specializing in key areas in Plant Management, Production and Production Planning, Environmental, Health & Safety, Logistics and Materials Management, SAP R/3-ERP implementation for Manufacturing. He worked with large local and multinational manufacturing companies starting his career in 1983 at Labtech Mfg., Inc., a semiconductor company, as Management Trainee / Production Supervisor. In 1986, he moved to Mattel Philippines, Inc as Production Supervisor. He also worked for San Miguel Corporation- Agribusiness Division as the Head for Logistics Operations. In 1991, he moved to Pfizer Philippines, Inc, handling various key positions in Production Management and Warehousing/Shipping. In 1997, he joined U-Bix Corporation as AVP for Manufacturing. Prior to joining Interphil in 2000, he was the Logistics Manager of Evenflo Phils., Inc.
