Dionisio Carpio

Biography

Mr. Dionisio E. Carpio, Jr., serves as Corporate Information Officer, President and Director of Medco Holdings, Inc. He has been a director of the Corporation since 1998 and its President from September 2006 up to present. He was appointed as Corporate Information Officer on December 15, 2014. He was the treasurer of the Corporation from 1998 to 2006. He is the senior vice resident, treasurer and director of MAIC since September 1, 1997 up to present. He is currently also a director of Manila Exposition Complex, Inc.. Before joining MAIC in 1995, he was connected with Far East Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Carpio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University and a Masters degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. He has more than thirty-six (36) years experience in commercial, investment and trust banking, as well as line management.
