Pauline Tan

Biography

Ms. Pauline C. Tan serves as Treasurer, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Compliance Officer and Director of Medco Holdings, Inc. since July 1, 2014. She has been a director of the Corporation since 2009. She has been the treasurer and compliance officer of the Corporation since September 20, 2007. She worked in The Hong Kong Chinese Bank, Limited in 1994. She was a director of Lippo Securities, Inc. and of MAIC from 1995 to 1999 and of Manila Exposition Complex, Inc. from 1995 to 2000 and from 2012 to the present. She was also the Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Securities Philippines, Inc. from 1999 to June 2000.
