Solomon Ricardo Castro

Biography

Mr. Solomon R. B. Castro serves as an Independent Director of Medco Holdings, Inc. He has been a director of the Corporation since 1998 to the present. He has been an independent director of the Corporation since 2002. He used to be the corporate secretary and vice-president-legal counsel of MAIC from May 1997 to August 1998. He is the president and director of KBC Realty Corporation since 1996 to the present. He is also the managing director of Bellwether Advisory, Inc. since 2006 up to the present. He is a member of the Philippine bar. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines. He also has a Master of Laws degree from Cornell University, New York. His practice areas include banking and finance, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
