Biography
Mr. Francisco G. Delfin, Jr. serves as Vice President of PetroEnergy Resources Corporation. He has held this post since 2009. He was former Undersecretary of the Department of Energy and former exploration geologist and head of geothermal exploration for PNOC-EC. He served as Director and President of Maibarara Geothermal, Inc.; and a Director of PetroGreen Energy Corporation.
