Biography
Ms. Milagros V. Reyes is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of PetroEnergy Resources Corporation. She has been Director, President and Chief Executive Officer since 1998. She is a member of the Company's Compensation and Remuneration Committee. She has served as Director and President of Seafront Resources Corporation. She was former Director/Consultant of PNOC-EC, former President of iPeople, Inc. and former Senior Vice President of Basic Petroleum and Minerals, Inc. Sher serves as Director/Treasurer of Hermosa Ecozone & Development Corporation; and a Director of iPeople, Inc., and Maibarara Geothermal, Inc.
