Biography
Atty. Samuel V. Torres serves as Corporate Information Officer, Corporate Secretary, Compliance Officer of PetroEnergy Resources Corporation since July 16, 2015. He has been Corporate Secretary since 2006, and was appointed to Corporate Information Officer on July 22, 2010. He has served as General Counsel/Corporate Secretary of Pan Malayan Mgnt Inv. Corp. and Corporate Secretary of Seafront Resources Corporation, iPeople Inc. and House of Investments, Mapua Institute of Technology, Inc. RCBC Realty Corporation First Malayan Leasing and Finance Corporation RCBC Securities Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ateneo de Manila University and Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from University of the Philippines.
