Biography
Eric started his career in Philam Life as Sales Agency Coordinator in 1994 and became Marketing Manager of then AIG Credit Card in 1997 tasked to conceive, design, and manage the development of AIG credit card. In 1998, he decided to join the agency force, starting as Operations Manager of Nicdao Associates moving up as Agency Manager in 2001 and District Manager in 2007. He is one of the most progressive and top Manila district managers. Mr. Nicdao is a lifetime MDRT member and GAMA awardee. Effective August 1, 2017, he will be fully taking over the role of Chief Agency Officer.
