Biography

RACHAEL MARIE B. ROSARIO, MD, DPHA Executive Director / Corporate Secretary Dr. Rosario is Head Coordinator of the Supportive, Palliative and Hospice Unit, Department of Family and Community Medicine at UP-PGH Manila where she also holds the position of Associate Clinical Professor at the UP College of Medicine. A 30-year cancer survivor, Dr. Rosario is a pain consultant at the San Juan De Dios Hospital since 2006. She is also volunteering her services as Project Director of two cancer support groups – Child Haus of QC General Hospital and Munting Paraiso of UP-PGH Cancer Institute. A product of Silliman University’s BSMT, she took up her post graduate studies at the University of Visayas College of Medicine and 3-year residency program in Anesthesiology at UP-PGH.
