Ferdinand K. Constantino

Biography

Ferdinand K. Constantino has been a Director of the Company since May 31, 2010. He is a member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Executive Compensation Committee and Nomination and Hearing Committee. He is Senior Vice President, Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of the Company. He also holds, among others, the following positions in other publicly-listed companies, as follows: Director of San Miguel Brewery Inc., Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc., Ginebra San Miguel Inc., and Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd, a company publicly listed in Malaysia. He is also the Director and Vice Chairman of SMC Global Power Holdings Corp., President of Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corporation; Director of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, San Miguel Foods Inc., Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corporation and Northern Cement; and Chairman of the San Miguel Foundation, Inc. He was formerly a Director of PAL Holdings, Inc., and Philippine Airlines, Inc. Mr. Constantino previously served San Miguel Corporation as Chief Finance Officer of the San Miguel Beer Division (1999-2005) and as Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of San Miguel Brewery Inc. (2007-2009); Director of San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc. (2008-2009); Director of San Miguel Properties, Inc. (2001-2009); and Chief Finance Officer of Manila Electric Company (2009). He has held directorships in various domestic and international subsidiaries of SMC during the last five years. He holds a degree in AB Economics from the University of the Philippines and completed academic requirements for an MA Economics degree.
