Biography
As Managing Partner of the firm, Christian is committed to setting a clear and strong tone around the key issues of quality, integrity, professionalism and service. Christian attributes SMF's true value to quality output, good judgment, and the contribution it makes to the companies and individuals it serves. He began his career with SFI Management Consultancy, Inc. – a franchisee of Comprehensive Business Services USA, where he developed his skills as a professional accountant and auditor. For several years, he managed the ship accounting department of Palm Beach Casino Line – a gaming ship in Florida, USA. He also held a senior auditor position in A.F. Paredes and Co., a New Jersey-based auditing firm that exposed him to the international arena. Christian actively keeps abreast with the latest developments in the field through continuing professional education. At present, he handles the overall accounting and consultancy engagements of the company. Christian is an alumnus of Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sta. Mesa Manila and is an active member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant and also a Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP) member.
