Experience in sales and marketing, distributor management, business-unit start up, expanding and restructuring and sales force reorganization. Lived and worked in Philippines, U.S., Hongkong and Vietnam (including Laos and Cambodia). Prior to founding own consulting firm, worked for 32 years with Johnson & Johnson Medical in the Philippines, Hongkong, Vietnam including 18 months on the job training under the J&J International Development Program in the U.S. Pioneered the market entry strategies for Vietnam and recipient of the J&J Medical Asia Pacific Country Excellence Award for achieving stretch goals for 5 consecutive years.
