Biography
Mr. Kelly is a member of the board of directors of Azure Power Global Limited, an India based solar developer; and Solar Mosaic Inc., a solar consumer finance company. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of SolarCity Corporation, a distributed solar energy company. Prior positions include CFO at Calera Corporation, a clean technology company; Independent Consultant providing financial advice to retail energy providers and power developers; CFO and EVP at Calpine Corporation, an independent power producer; and President of Calpine Finance Company. Mr. Kelly has an MBA from Dalhousie University, Canada; and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
