Biography
He is working as a Doctor of Surgery, Philippines. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
Research Interest
I have been with the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine since 2003 as Clinical Associate Professor and Attending Surgeon of the Department of Surgery, Philippine General Hospital. Currently, I am actively practicing as General Surgeon with subspecialty in Surgical Oncology at the Philippine General Hospital and St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City. My expertise ranges from simple general and laparoscopic surgical procedures to complex ones involving malignant disorders of the Head & Neck, Skin & Soft tissue, Breast, Esophagus, Stomach and Intestines. My professional growth is focused on continuing surgical education through training of surgical residents, involvement in postgraduate courses and regular attendance to short courses in the advances of minimally invasive surgery. I am likewise involved in the local and international researches, mainly in the area of breast cancer management
