Biography
Ramona Sequeira, President, United States Business Unit, is responsible for the company’s commercial operations in the U.S. She serves as a member of Takeda’s Executive Team. Prior to joining Takeda, Ms. Sequeira held various senior roles of increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly, both in the U.S. and the U.K. During her career, she led several successful product launches, managed relationships with partners, improved operational performance and workforce engagement. In her role as General Manager, U.K. Hub, she had responsibility for all affiliate operations in the U.K., Republic of Ireland and Northern Europe. She was a member of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry.
