Dr. ANDALECIO, Merlina N. is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of FISHERIES POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. His research interests includes Coastal and Fisheries Management. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. ANDALECIO, Merlina N. is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
