Dr. Cortes, Jed Asaph Duatin is currently working as a Instructor  in the Department of Development Communication, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. His research interests includes Development Communication. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Cortes, Jed Asaph Duatin is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Development Communication.
