Biography

Dr. Gacutan , Manuel Datig is currently working as a Instructor in the Department of Animal Science, University of the Philippines Visayas , Philippines. His research interests includes Effects of different management practices and post handling practices of food animals in relation to the physio-chemical characteristics of their animal-derived food products. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Gacutan , Manuel Datig is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Effects of different management practices and post handling practices of food animals in relation to the physio-chemical characteristics of their animal-derived food products.
