Biography
Dr. OLYMPIA, Minerva SD is currently working as a Professor in the Department of FISH PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. His research interests includes Fish Food Microbiology, Food Processing/Quality Management (HACCP, GMP, SSOP) . He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. OLYMPIA, Minerva SD is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Fish Food Microbiology, Food Processing/Quality Management (HACCP, GMP, SSOP) .
