Dr. PERALTA, Jose P is currently working as a Professor  in the Department of FISH PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. His research interests includes Food Engineering, Operations Research, Fish Handling and Processing, Numerical Modelling and Simulation. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. PERALTA, Jose P is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Food Engineering, Operations Research, Fish Handling and Processing, Numerical Modelling and Simulation.
