Dr. Teves, Karen Luz Yap is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. Her research interests includes Food Safety and Management System, HACCP. She is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Teves, Karen Luz Yap is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities.
