Dr. YAP,Encarnacion Emilia S is currently working as a Associate Professor  in the Department of FISH PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY, University of the Philippines Visayas, Philippines. His research interests includes Fish Post-Harvest and Marketing, Molecular Biology/Fish Chemistry, Product Quality Systems, Product Development. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. YAP,Encarnacion Emilia S is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He  has authored of many research articles/books related to Fish Post-Harvest and Marketing, Molecular Biology/Fish Chemistry, Product Quality Systems, Product Development  .
