Biography

Vendiz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is embarking on a major plan to becoming one of the leading national pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines. We plan to do this by rationalizing our brand-product portfolio, focusing on disease categories that we can better serve and providing products of more value to doctors, patients and other end users. Our internal processes and organizational structure are also being streamlined to support our objectives to ensure that new, innovative products become readily accessible to the majority of our people. This includes investing in product development, technologies and facilities, and partnering with reliable organization in the distribution and dispensation of our product lines. While we continuously improve on our systems, structure and procedures, we will likewise invest in the training and development of our people because we believe that this will eventually lead to well-motivated employees, higher productivity, improved customer servicing, personal satisfaction and work fulfillment. In addition, we will employ external resource and talents as we prepare our own people to take on higher and higher responsibilities in the organizational ladder capitalizing on diversity as strength rather than a hurdle. Finally, we will continue to meet expectations from our stakeholders including medical practitioners, healthcare professionals, shareholders, communities, government, patients and their families and the larger Filipino people while we provide products and services and LIFE CHANGING SOLUTIONS.
