Biography
Mr. Pawel Roszczyk serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Board of Management of Adamed Sp. z o.o. Mr. Roszczyk serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Adamed Group. For the past 16 years, he worked in investment banking - consulting in capital raising, stock exchange listings of Polish and foreign companies as well as in M&A. He worked at Dom Maklerski CDM Pekao S.A. After UniCredit’s purchase of a German bank, HVB, he was employed at UniCredit CAIB Poland S.A. as Managing Director of Investment Banking Department. He has worked for shareholders and boards of leading companies such as: Netia, Globe Trade Centre, TVN, Cyfrowy Polsat, Dom Development, Mercor, Ferro, Tracktec, Adamed. He advised in privatization process of, among others, Bank Pekao, Gielda Papierów w Warszawie, Tauron Polska Energia and Polska Grupa Energetyczna. He serves as a Board Member of Adamed Pharma S.A., Adamed Sp. z o. o. and Adamed Consumer Healthcare S.A.
