Biography

 PaweÅ‚ Roszczyk has been involved in investment banking, where he has been consulting in the area of ​​raising capital for companies, introducing Polish and foreign companies to the Warsaw Stock Exchange and mergers and acquisitions. He worked at Dom Maklerski CDM Pekao SA, and after the acquisition by the UniCredit Group of the German HVB Bank, UniCredit CAIB Poland SA, as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division. He worked for shareholders and board executives in their industry, including Such as: Netia, Globe Trade Center, TVN, Cyfrowy Polsat, Dom Development, Mercor, Ferro, Tracktec, Adamed.
