Biography
PAWEÅ ROSZCZYK acting as a consultant in the areas of corporate capital acquisition, listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked for the CDM Pekao S.A. Brokerage House and, following the buyout of the German HVB bank by the UniCredit Group, he took the position of Managing Director of Investment Banking at UniCredit CAIB Poland S.A.
