Andrew Fore

Biography

Andy Fore is a Managing Director who oversees the Global Enterprise Shared Services activities for Alvarez & Marsal. He brings extensive finance and operations global expertise and has worked with internal and external clients across a wide range of services including; accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, financial systems, remittance processing, accounts payable, procurement, human resources, general support services (mail services, statement production, car fleet management, archiving services, etc.) travel, anti-money laundering operations, information technology, research, knowledge management and marketing. Prior to A&M, Mr. Fore spent 15 years with Citi where he last led their global General Services group supporting businesses in 170+ cities in 70+ countries through 1,800 resources with financial responsibility in excess of $600 million.  He has also led a number of other global shared services functions including; Finance, HR, Procurement and AML Operations. Mr. Fore’s management experience also included leading teams based in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.  He also has 15 years of experience with American Express where he held a number of senior finance, audit, controller and shared services positions for American Express operating entities in North and South America. Mr. Fore earned a bachelor’s in business administration and finance from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL), an MBA from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL) and a Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University (Ft. Lauderdale, FL).  He serves as the Chairman of the Dean’s Executive Council for the College of Business at the University of Central Florida, is in the college’s Hall of Fame, and has received the University’s professional achievement award.
