Biography
Art Barrios is a Managing Director in the Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement group in New York. He specializes in helping companies to develop and execute strategies for leveraging their technology investments to have a measurable impact on the bottom line.He provides services, primarily within the insurance and financial services industries, in the following areas: CIO advisory services (i.e., operating model, cost management, outsourcing, reorganization / restructuring, governance, portfolio management, IT financial management); large / complex program management and transformation initiatives; distressed project / program triage and remediation; data center strategies, consolidation, migration and outsourcing; mergers and acquisitions IT integration or carve-out; interim management in a variety of IT management roles.
