Biography

Brian Kish is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services in Atlanta. He specializes in real estate strategy and operations, providing portfolio rationalization, operational performance improvement, transaction advisory services and capital program management services to both public and private entities seeking to maximize value from their real estate assets and while minimizing risks. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Kish has provided corporate real estate strategy, operational planning and portfolio services for many large public and private real estate owners and occupiers, including Lehman Brothers, U.S. Department of Defense, the Louisiana Department of Education, U.S. Department of State, Home Depot, Aetna Insurance, Norwest Mortgage, Kimco Realty, IBM, Fidelity Investments and others. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kish served as Director of Consulting for Gensler Architecture, Design & Planning Worldwide. He also served as manager in the corporate real estate strategy and engineering / construction practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kish earned a bachelor's and master's degree in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in business administration from the Emory University Goizueta Business School. He is a licensed architect and is actively involved in several real estate industry associations.
