Biography
Christopher Arnett is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Restructuring in Dallas. His primary areas of concentration are bankruptcy planning and implementation, business plan assessment, strategic analysis, fair market valuations, liquidation analysis, capital structure analysis, asset dispositions, plan formulation and negotiation of financial restructurings. With more than 13 years of restructuring experience, Mr. Arnett's notable assignments include: several lender-side engagements with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and Highland Capital Management, among others. His debtor clients have included: Trussway, a building products component manufacturer; Kurdziel Industries, a maker of industrial counterweights; Vitro America, a maker and distributer of flat glass products; and Coach America, a charter bus company. Mr. Arnett earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a master’s in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Kansas School of Business. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.A licensed attorney, Mr. Arnett is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and the Turnaround Management Association. He is also a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
