Biography
David Mikullitz is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in Boston. With over six years of professional services experience, Mr. Mikullitz focuses on executing buy-side financial due diligence services for financial and strategic acquirers. He has participated in numerous large and middle market transactions across an array of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, retail, technology and healthcare. Mr. Mikullitz’s primary focus is on assessing companies’ quality of earnings and working capital requirements through analysis of financial data and discussions with management. He also analyzes key financial metrics and trends to determine the sustainability of earnings and the growth potential of acquisition targets. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mikullitz was a Manager with the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. In this role, he participated in approximately 15 financial due diligence projects ranging in value from $100 million to $26 billion, while primarily serving financial acquirers. Previously, Mr. Mikullitz was with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice of PwC, where he provided assurance and other services to public and private companies, primarily in the technology and entertainment industries. Mr. Mikullitz earned a bachelor’s degree, with concentrations in finance and accounting, summa cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Mikullitz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts.
