Frank Heideloff

Biography

Frank Heideloff, a Managing Director in FIAS in Frankfurt, has 20 years of experience, both as a banker and as a consultant, in developing and implementing market strategies for growing the top-line, as well as improving structures, processes, systems and headcount deployment to reduce cost in order to improve financial results and to increase shareholder value. His line positions include a management board role at one of the largest conglomerates in the Middle East, where he was responsible for creating several new businesses and entering international markets across divisions. He also served as the Head of Corporate Development and Equity Assets for one of the German Landesbanks, leading capital raises, preparing the bank for a planned IPO and drafting their EU restructuring plan after the start of the global financial crisis. Mr. Heideloff earned a master’s degree in management with a focus on organization, strategy and finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a master's degree in international management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). He earned a PhD in business from the Technical University Chemnitz focused on innovation management. A German national, he is fluent in German and English and possesses a good working knowledge of French.
