Biography
Holden Bixler, a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal, is a member of the firm’s Claims Management Service Group. He focuses on bankruptcy case administration, including the management and reconciliation of claims. Mr. Bixler has more than twelve years of experience in corporate restructuring and has worked on a wide variety of Chapter 11 issues. Specifically, he has advised clients with respect to pre-bankruptcy preparation and case administration, schedule and statement preparation, claims reconciliation, plan, solicitation, and exit processes, as well as various litigated matters including preference and reclamation actions.Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bixler practiced law in the restructuring group at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where he advised on several large restructuring engagements, including UAL Corp., Collins & Aikman and Exide Technologies. Mr. Bixler earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Indiana University.
