Jay Herriman is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal specializing in information management and bankruptcy case administration. He has over seven years of restructuring experience and has advised on numerous Chapter 11 proceedings in the context of pre-bankruptcy preparation and case administration, schedules and statements preparation, claims reconciliation, plan, solicitation, and exit processes, claims reconciliation and objections, management reporting, plan disbursements and preference actions. Over his career, Mr. Herriman has spent more than 25 years specializing in information management and managing and interpreting complex datasets.
