Biography
Jodi Ehrenhofer is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Chicago, where she serves in the North American Commercial Restructuring practice’s Claims Management Services division. She specializes in assisting debtors with Chapter 11 reorganizations, with a focus on claims management. Ms. Ehrenhofer brings more than 10 years experience with debtors in various industries, including media, automotive, manufacturing, energy and retail. Specific restructuring work includes prepetition bankruptcy planning, preparation of the statement of financial affairs and schedules of assets and liabilities, creditor matrices, notice lists and executory contract analysis. She also has extensive experience in bankruptcy claims reconciliation, solicitation, balloting and cash distributions on plans of reorganization. Ms. Ehrenhofer’s knowledge of claims and liability management has been demonstrated on engagements with Tribune Company, USG Corporation, Tower Automotive, Delphi, Enron Corp. and Babcock & Wilcox, among others. Before joining, she was a managing director in the corporate finance practice at FTI Consulting. Ms. Ehrenhofer earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
