Biography
Megan Bennett is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Houston, specializing in dispute analysis and forensic investigations.For more than ten years, Ms. Bennett has provided accounting, auditing and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. She has worked on matters involving international arbitration, post-acquisition dispute, lost profit analysis, business interruption claims, accounting reconstruction, and other accounting and financial analysis.Ms. Bennett’s dispute analysis experience includes litigation consulting, and pre-litigation financial analysis. She has performed forensic investigations for client identified company matters and in response to inquiries from various third parties. She has also managed engagements involving allegations of improper financial accounting, fraudulent financial reporting and the application of accounting and auditing standards in financial statement audits on behalf of special committees, audit committees, boards of directors, management and legal counsel. Before joining A&M, Ms. Bennett practiced dispute analysis with FTI Consulting and KPMG, and practiced assurance with Arthur Andersen.
