Michael Hudlow

Biography

Michael Hudlow is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and the Global Head of Knowledge Management. He improves the processes of gathering, creating, sharing, using and managing all types of knowledge and intellectual property. His teams use Salesforce and multi-disciplinary approaches to achieve streamlined business development activities. In this role, he helps clients lower technology costs. Mr. Hudlow brings extensive asset management and large project experience, including the multi-country deployment of technology asset management tools and process implementation. In addition to large project management, he has operational experience that includes management of teams across 85 countries in the technical desktop arena and server room build outs. Mr. Hudlow has developed and implemented industry best practices and procedures for asset management and desktop technology management. With a focus on all aspects of the asset lifecycle, he was responsible for improving controls and data management in a complex global environment with over 120,000 distributed PCs in a professional services firm. Additionally, he has extensive experience with initial setup and running of BPO operations in India. Before joining A&M, Mr. Hudlow was a Senior Manager of Asset Management and Global Technology Operations with several Big Four accounting firms, where he developed and implemented the global technology asset management discovery tools and procedures, used to manage the firm's technology assets and operate the desktop environment.
