Biography
Peter Mosley is a Senior Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Dallas office, offering restructuring and advisory services for more than eight years. His experience includes: bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and investor due diligence. Mr. Mosley has experience across a broad spectrum of industries, including: wireless telecommunications and technology, cable television and broadband, technical services, plastic injection molding, building products, aerospace, consumer products manufacturing, direct sales, energy, entertainment, and aerospace. Mr. Mosley has served such clients as: Samson Resources, Energy Future Holdings, Hawker Beechcraft, Blockbuster, Mahalo Energy, Millennium Digital Media, Thayer Aerospace, Decision One Corporation, NexPak, and Marcal Paper Mills. Prior to A&M, he was a Senior Associate at Barrier Advisors LLC. Mr. Mosley earned an undergraduate degree from Brown University, and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Adviser (CIRA).
