Biography
Mr. Holt has identified key cost drivers and related business benefits for a multibillion dollar utility CIO organization – including system usage/benefit, processes and organizational structures to leverage asset investment; developed a customer and product segmentation model to identify profit and cost drivers for a $700 million manufacturer that led to better asset management and product routing; created a business line P&L structure for a large healthcare and research to enable visibility into operational performance issues. He has also led an integration management office for a B2B network provider merger integration with specific focus on back office structure, contracts, customers and aggressively managing the company off of TSA’s; led the integration of an industrial services company with specific focus on operational structure and customer engagement. Additionally, Mr. Holt has developed a global data model to support standardized planning, consolidations and reporting for a $55 billion manufacturer; delivering an enterprise wide planning model design encompassing 5,000+ customers, 120 facilities, and 6,000+ employees with sub-account level detail and planning specific elements relevant to the client’s industry for an industry leading cold storage logistics company; developed a financial reporting strategy and leading a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) implementation for a $3.5 billion manufacturing company; designed a full financial (IS, BS, and CF) forecasting submission and consolidation process and system for a $9 billion utility and pipeline company Prior to joining A&M, served in various capacities with a Big Four Consulting Firm where he served Fortune 1000 clients in the technology, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and logistics industries. Mr. Holt earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.

His primary areas of focus include performance improvement through HR technology, operational processes and systems, finance processes and systems, customer and product segmentation/profitability analysis, and merger integration. In his leadership roles, he has advised numerous large organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, financial services, energy, utility, logistics, retail, and healthcare.
