Biography
Scott Coleman is General Counsel--Operating Companies with Alvarez & Marsal in New York. Mr. Coleman, who has more than 20 years of legal experience, assists in supporting the firm’s global legal needs, including review and consultation related to all contractual matters.Mr. Coleman has served as General Counsel of the Operating Companies since July 2005. Prior to joining A&M Mr. Coleman was General Counsel of Gold Toe Brands, Inc. and Cluett, Peabody & Co., Inc., two companies in the fashion industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coleman served as an attorney for the City of New York. Mr. Coleman received his J.D. from New York University and his B.A. from Columbia College. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar.
