Biography
Teri Hanson is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC, in Chicago. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hanson worked with the private company services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a tax adviser for the Pritzker Family. Ms. Hanson earned a bachelor of arts degree in accountancy and a master of science degree in accountancy, with an emphasis in taxation, from Michigan State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in both Michigan and Illinois, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
