Biography
The director of the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center is Dr. Marcin Hetnał, MD. He is a doctor with specialization in oncology radiotherapy. In the years 2001-2013 he worked at the Center of Oncology in Cracow as an assistant and then an assistant professor. In 2006 he received his doctorate in medical science from the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University. He has been teaching at the Institute of Oncology in Gliwice and the Department of Radiotherapy in Dresden. Author of 23 publications and 3 chapters in specialist books and 44 presentations at scientific conferences.

Current research interest is on Stereotactic radiotherapy; conformal techniques; systematic reviews; clinical tests.
